Marmalade, Marmalade, Marmalade.

Last year, when we were living in Prince George, Husband and I were at the grocery store. We had got almost everything on our list and as we were leaving I saw a sign in the corner of my eye, "Marmalade Oranges." I squealed in excitement. I had never made marmalade but I have always loved Paddington Bear who always has a marmalade sandwich in his hat, just in case of emergency. The oranges were perfect-thick skinned, worn out and even included a recipe. Soon enough, our little basement apartment smelt like the sweetest, tastiest grove of citrus as we made the smallest jar of bright orange marmalade for our fridge.
Over the Easter Weekend, we celebrated our little bear at the most lovely Paddington baby shower complete with all kinds of marmalade sweets, beautiful (very generous) gifts, fun games and delightful company. So many dear friends and family attended. It was held at a beautiful tea house and planned meticulously by my sister, Clarabelle and my mum.
32 weeks along and Baby bear was kicking away throughout the evening!
