And you thought I was going to list something preposterous like chili-cheese dogs.

Fireroasted Pork Tenderloin With Pear Salsa
Cut tenderloin in desired amounts. Mix merinade and put in large plastic bag. Pour merinade on and let sit for several hours in a cool place.
Then chop all the contents of the pear salsa and mix together. Set aside.
Put cooking grate on fire pit. Build a fire and make several hot coals. Cook meat on a frying man, flipping often until they are slightly brown. Serve with salsa.
